Well, this is the day the Church celebrates the birth of Jesus, who is the Savior of the entire world. He is the Son of God and God the Son. He came to bring liberation, not judgment.
Enjoy this Christmas day. Enjoy the presents you receive and enjoy the pleasure you experience in gift giving. Enjoy the great food and the company of loved ones, and in the midst of it all, remember to enjoy God's amazing Son!
The members of this team want to give you a Christmas blessing. So, here's a brief word from each of us.
From Grace: "I bless you to receive the tireless, mind-changing, heart-lifting, vulnerable, utterly approachable Love of God. Receive it in the form it first appeared to you: as an innocent, fragile, holy baby, here for you to hold with all your might."
From Cindi: My Christmas blessing to you echoes the name given to Jesus: Immanuel --God with us.May you grow in intimacy with Jesus, know who you are in Him, feel His presence and experience His love filling your heart, mind and spirit!!
Merry Christmas!
From Phyllis: A Carol from days gone by holds a sentiment for rejoicing and for hope. "I heard the bells on Christmas day their old familiar carols play, and wild and sweet the words repeat of peace on earth, good-will to men. But the carol is not ignorant of the sorrow in our world and points it out in verse three; "And in despair I bowed my head: "There is no peace on earth," I said, "For hate is strong and mocks the song of peace on earth, good-will to men." You and I as followers of Christ the King are not obligated to sit within the gloom of this verse. Instead we may move straight on to verse four which is what I pray each of us will rest upon each day of this Christmas Season and into the New Year: "Then pealed the bells more loud and deep: "God is not dead nor doth He sleep; The wrong shall fail, the right prevail, with peace on earth, good-will to men!"
God Bless us everyone. Phyllis M Terwey
From Tania: May you joyfully receive and abide in the wonder of Emmanuel: God of unsurpassable love dwelling with us.
Lifting you up in prayer, Tania
From Kurt:
Praying that you are filled with amazement this Christmas season as we contemplate Messiah's birth. God bless you with peace and light, joy, and the fullness of life that only Jesus provides. May Immanuel be with you - even closer than you could imagine (Isa 7:14). Wishing you truly a Merry and Blessed Christmas - Kurt
From me (Kevin):
May you experience a clear and complete revelation of your unsurpassable worth this Christmas.
Much love!
